Allegheny Services Foundation is an organization by former addicts and criminals for addicts and criminals struggling to find their way. We will rehabilitate and habilitate addicts and criminals through means of peer driven behavior modification, education and vocational training, participation in community service, and learning personal and interpersonal skills that will help our residents to understand how to live purposeful, fulfilling lives and be contributing members of society. We will teach residents how to be self-supporting by example.

Our program will be primarily self-supporting through vocational programs where residents will have an opportunity to work with the public in a traditional job setting under the supervision and mentorship of senior residents who have previously learned the position being taught. All profits being earned in each vocational program will be used to support the residents and create new programs. All residents will have the opportunity to see the inner workings of the program and will be encouraged to participate in the direction and development of the organization and its activities, just as they will be encouraged to strive towards meeting milestones in their own passions and goals.
